2024 Session Members

A Presbyterian church is governed by an elected board of elders known as the "Session". An elder serves for three years, and one-third of the board is elected each year. The pastor of the church serves as the moderator of the Session, with voice and vote. At Grace Church we have nine elected elders. Session meets the third Wednesday at 6:00pm each month.

2023 Deacons-

The deacons are the "internal mission" arm of the church. In Acts we learn that the deacons were created to address care issues within the body of believers. Our deacons seek to serve the church through ministries of care and compassion to members--visiting and caring for the sick, supporting those in need, and attending to special life events. Deacons are elected to a three-year term by the congregation and ordained to their office.
